Patient Accounts Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Innovative Business Technology has an immediate opening within our Customer Service Department for a Patient Accounts Representative. This is a full time (40 hours) position, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering inbound phone calls from patients regarding medical bills
  • Processing consumer payments

The ideal candidate must have the ability to provide exemplary customer service, multi-task, be reliable, hardworking, willing to learn and be exceedingly organized.
